The hardmetal-coated iDisc® II is our solution for the requirements of the upcoming Euro 7 standard. It is dust-reducing, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and delivers impressive performance.

Breyden develops and manufactures innovative lightweight brake discs that combine top performance with significant weight reduction. Our lightweight brake discs feature a gray cast iron friction ring for excellent heat conductivity and damping, connected by stainless steel pins to an aluminum pot, which drastically reduces weight – by up to 24% compared to conventional brake discs.

We offer our customers tailored solutions for ventilated and solid brake discs.

For this, we work with custom materials as well as various types of machining and coating.
