Compliance is a top priority at Breyden and if you have identified a potential compliance risk in connection with our business relationships or have any other questions, issues or suggestions regarding compliance, you can contact the Compliance Officer responsible for Breyden (also anonymously via the whistleblower system), who will take care of your report and, if you wish, contact you directly. The confidentiality of whistleblowers is guaranteed. They are protected from disadvantage or punishment due to a report made in goodfaith. Statutory
obligations to pass on information to the competent authorities remain unaffected.
