Robert Roiger assumed the position of CEO of Buderus Guss GmbH, with locations in Breidenbach and Ludwigshütte, as well as CEO of Lollar Guss GmbH in Lollar, on May 1, 2024. After studying Business Administration at the University of Munich, Robert Roiger began his professional career as a management consultant at Horvath & Partners. Since 2019, he has been a partner at AEQUITA, the new owner of Buderus Guss GmbH, where he is responsible for Operations. His responsibilities include managing AEQUITA's portfolio companies and leading the operational teams that support the portfolio companies along the value chain. Prior to his role at AEQUITA, Robert Roiger worked in the management of technology-driven manufacturing companies, where he successfully led numerous restructuring and transformation projects. As the driving force behind transformative strategies and key partnerships, Robert Roiger will ensure the continuous development and success of Buderus Guss as its CEO.
